What are the hours of the Transfer Station?
Thursday 1pm to 4pm, Saturday 8am to 2pm

Do I need a burn permit in Rhinebeck?
No, but New York State has imposed a burn ban from March 15 to May 15. After May 15 and before March 15, you are allowed to burn pursuant to NYS DEC these burn rules, also found here.
